Here is a  very specific, detailed description of consultation and booking fees, if you are at all unclear, please read on...

In order to arrange your extension fitting we will first need to meet for a consultation. The consultation IS free of charge, but ONLY if you book your fitting and pay a deposit at the time, if not, a $120 fee will be charged (this covers my time and fuel if you decide not to book). This fee will be deducted from the total cost of any fitting booked within one month of the consultation.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your extension fitting. The deposit covers the cost of ordering your hair, and secures your appointment. For Remi (and micro ring) fittings a 50% deposit is required, and for Bohyme (POA) fittings 66% (2/3). The percentage is based on the total cost of you fitting.
You can pay any the fuel surcharge either with the deposit or at the fitting, but flights MUST be paid in advance.

Cash payments are preferred, and the way to a speedier fitting date. However, if you are only able to pay by cheque, ID will need to be shown, and you will need to allow an additional 4-5 working days for the cheque to clear before any hair orders are placed. I have no credit card facilities at present, so a direct deposit or transfer are the only other payment options.

NB. If you must pay your deposit by cheque, or at a later date, my $120 consultation fee will still apply and MUST be paid on the day of consultation, in cash.
